Soglin: senile?

Postby bdog » Wed Jul 17, 2013 9:09 pm

It is something that should be considered.

We don't want another Ronald Reagan leading us.

Does Soglin's wife have her wits about her?

We toss the word senile around too much when it comes to the older generation. Soglin may not have his finger on the cultural pulse but that doesn't mean his faculties have slipped. There is much to criticize from Soglin's current term but there was plenty to criticize from his previous terms too.

And, sometimes, you just can't win in Madison. For the last two years, I've heard complaints like "Where's the fun Soglin of his youth who would dress up in silly costumes?" Now it's "Why is the mayor doing something so goofy when there are IMPORTANT THINGS!"
