MN governor smack talks Walker... with numbers

Postby jjoyce » Fri Feb 08, 2013 2:49 pm

Apparently irked at Scott Walker's curious anti-regional approach to economic development wherein he openly tries to poach companies from neighboring states, Minnesota's Mark Dayton fired back during his State of the State address this week.

Minnesota was 12th in the nation in job creation last year while Wisconsin “which, by the way, is ‘open for business,’ helped bring up the rear at 42nd.”

Dayton kept up the drubbing: "And, help spread the word across the St. Croix, their unemployment rate last month was 20 percent higher than ours, while our per-capita income was 12 percent higher than theirs."

Mmmm hmmmm. That's some fine trash!

Hey, c'mon, it's working. Scott Walker said so.

Wisconsin is open for business! Unfortunately, that business appears to be strikingly similar to Olde Golde on Willy St.

Hey, that guy tried to sell me a crossbow for no apparent reason other than to sell a crossbow. I really don't look like the crossbow using type(or maybe I do)

Yeah I think old(e) Rick has been watching too much Hard Core Pawn! Walker, on the other hand, could probably use less hard core porn, judging by how bad he's screwing us.
