Spam. NOT trolling. Just spam. It's like the plastic bags you see stuck in fences near the highway. The unplanned detritus of commerce that floats away and exists on the edges of human activity.

It's a byproduct. That's all. Go to just about any open forum.

**PROGRAMMING CHANGE**

Due to a sudden conflict, Mayor Soglin is unable to tape a full hour of Access: City Hall next Wednesday, so we are going to reschedule. We hope to have him on next month.

But we do need to tape a show, so here's the deal (subject to producer's approval): Open invitation to up to 6 Forons (2 for each of 3 17-minute segments), to discuss any aspect of city government and officials.

Any takers?

Stu,
You should spend the whole hour with Segway Jeremy Ryan. A true Wisconsin hero who will not be with us much longer.

If Mr. Ryan can fit you in his busy schedule on such short notice, having a civil rights hero on your local cable access program might be fascinating.

Stu, will we be allowed to use our foron nicknames or do we have to give our real names?

Hi everyone. Just doing my annual Forum visit to make sure nothing has changed in Madison. Looks about the same as always. Carry on.

LOL.

Sorry Bdog Dave, but I am just an old fat hairy guy just like you. Though, if it gets your rocks off imagining I am some young hottie...then go for it.

Again, although young may be arguable, "hottie" is not part of the equation.

Have you scrubbed anything lately?

Hey big dog Dave, we can take this to private chat if you like. (You have to pay me of course.) It sounds like you are all hot and bothered for a little bit of swimmy action and I could use a little dough.

Let me purr for you BIG Dog...

Sincerely, from a big fat hairy guy like yourself
