I agree. I know the DA's is limited by resources and other issues, but refusal to prosecute a so-called violent sex offense is concerning, if true. I'd like more information, and I'm curious as to why the OP isn't bringing this issue to more widespread media. Heck, the State Journal writes about people who don't get the proper refund when they disconnect their phone (their helping-out-a-consumer column); I would think they'd be pretty interested in this.

As a part-time Shit House lawyer I feel an obligation to tell the OP not to go into detail on this thread. Better yet here's some advice:

Lawyer up.
Delete Facebook.
Hit the Gym.

Unleashing the internet in this situation can reflect poorly on you if your goal is to convince the DA to get involved in the matter. It can also hurt your chances in a civil suit if you've inadvertently libeled someone or indirectly caused them to be harassed.
