It would be out of context here, Jason.

Why don't you explain to everyone why you took down my comment?

Because you were addressing Stu in a post that didn't mention him.

It continues to be hard out there for a Meade, don't it?

If you don't let him use a thread to address questions to people who are not participating in that thread, then how can he later claim they refused to answer?

It's not fair, interfering with his games like that.

Stu was the first to comment on that piece. Unless you took his comment down too. Let me check. No, it's still there: http://www.thedailypage.com/daily/artic ... icle=37331

You seem to have two sets of rules, Jason - one for yourself and another for commenters you personally disfavor.

Dylan parodies rule, by the way. Everyone over 57 thinks they're hilarious.

Any other bigotries you'd like to share with us, Mr. Joyce?

How's that different from anything else you post?

While I think it's really cute that Meade wants to impress me with his Dylan parody, I don't exactly understand how any of this has to do with Kelda Roys' self-destructive negative campaign.

(BTW, don't knock Dylan parodies -- my version of A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall won me a free trip to Woodstock '94.)

You're wrong there, Larry. If Jason had two sets of rules (and I don't agree that he does), it would be one for most forons and another for commenters who most forons "disfavor"-- you, for instance and for cause.

Incidentally, for a dose of pro-Meade online idiocy, I recommend Althouse's merry site where she manifests incredulity (or maybe it's veiled pleasure) at Larry being held in disfavor in this forum. At least you're a hero at home, Larry. Now go get your shine box.

Doesn't everyone have a crush on you, Stu?

But as much as I love to feed your narcissistic needs, Stu, I'd like to try to steer this discussion back to Kelda Helen Roys, candidate for U.S. Congress.

Specifically, what did she say or do that was so nasty and offensive? And would you hold a male candidate - saying and doing similar things - to the very same standards of nastiness/offensiveness?

Hey, you're the one posting 15-year-old profiles of me and asking if I liked your Dylan parody. But I guess Ann doesn't need to know ...

And if you don't understand why intellectually dishonest intra-party demagoguery is offensive, not much I can do to help. Yes, I hold all Dem candidates to same standard.

Would you consider it to be intellectually dishonest intra-party demagoguery for one Dem candidate to suggest that the other Dem candidate is too old?
