Fall Season {2007} - Spring/Summer {2008}

How can cultural elitists like ourselves put TV in the Culture category? Well, where the hell else is it going to fit?

i gave dirty sexy money and big shots a chance just because i'm happy that 2 people from Sportsnight have shows now.

big shots was not what i was expecting at all, i was expecting desperate housewives written for guys, but it's just desperate housewives, starring guys.

dirty sexy money was better but i think it's gonna get really old really fast.

i think i'll stick to how i met your mother. is scrubs done or is there another season?

not on tv here but Top Gear starts it's new season on sunday

The only new tv shows that have kept my attention this fall are: "Chuck" (NBC)and "Dirty, Sexy Money" on abc (well, almost kept my attention on that last one).

I did not like "Pushing Daisies" at all. I tried watching "Bionic Woman" (just to see Miguel Ferrer again), but it didn't quite stick.

Second season disappointments: "Ugly Betty."

BeerMoon, i like your style of review. you'd work well with Gordon Ramsay. who, by the way, i love and will watch anything that has to do with him.

so i do like Kitchen Nightmares despite being loyal to the brit version.

the only new show i have bothered to watch that i would maybe watch again is Journeyman. that's decent.

otherwise, i'm kept pretty busy with:
Dexter
Heroes
Lost (when it returns)
Project Runway (yes! it's the new season again)
America's Next Top Model (a guilty pleasure  )
Ghost Hunters ( again)

oh yeah - America's Next Great Band, or whatever, is not half bad, even though one the best bands was voted off pretty early.

i admit, i like the reality stuff.

Pity me if you must, but even I myself cannot believe I'm being sucked into a second season of The Two Coreys
Sundays 9 Central.

I wanna see Lost Boys: The Tribe which comes out on DVD July 29th, just to see how bad it is.
I read that Haim basically got cut from the movie.

So who has had the better acting career, Feldman or Haim?
Both Haim & Feldman have Lost Boys.
Haim has Lucas and Silver Bullet.
Feldman has Goonies, Stand By Me, and The 'Burbs.
Thing is Haim's parts were leading roles whereas Feldman's were supporting.
