This has two things going for it:
it's by a local author and it's about a vampire.
Th idea of cabbie as vampire is funny because how can you tell the difference?
This better be goood!
Because there is, um, literally a slew of Vampire books crowding the world's bookcase:
vampire detectives, cabbies, rock stars, fashion designers, spies, etc etc etc.
