No questions, just a personal observation. I took both semesters of constitutional law from Kutler, just as Watergate broke. At the beginning of the first semester he told the class that his expertise was in presidential impeachments, but since the debacle of Andrew Johnson's impeachment and trial, he doubted that it would ever happen again. By the end of the second semester, he was on Nixon's enemies list.
