What was the name of that bakery?

Grocery stores, recipes, cook books, CSAs, farmers' markets, organic, local, processed, corporate. It's a smorgabord!

That bakery in the long gone university square, kitty corner from Paisan's? West end of the north side of that square. Does anyone remember its name or who ran it?

Bakers Too, run by the sisters who later opened the Copper Gable a few blocks away on Basset & Gorham.

Thank you!
That was the name of the operation in business around 1988, right?
I never noticed the name, but remember appreciating a two loafs for the price of one deal one day of the week (which day that was escapes me).

BTW - I've been too chicken to go for the oil crust, I'll report on the appropriate thread when I do ;)

Ha, you don't want to rush into a new crust.

Pretty sure it was Bakers Too when I still worked on campus, and I left my campus job in '88 or thereabouts.
