In the future, maybe you should shut the fuck up about topics on which you are clearly incompetent to speak.

Now THERE'S a word I don't see often enough. Bravo, Marvell.

I guess butter isn't thought of as a condiment...it's more like, I don't know...air. It's a given.

Butter? I can't make any sense of butter. I bought some about 15 years ago, threw it out about 10 years ago and haven't bought any since. Each to his/her/their own.

Here's my 5 impoverished-palate condiments, going by what's in the refrigerator right now:

limes
toasted sesame oil
sriracha hot sauce
peanut butter
tamari

Preferably all at once.

A sixth, something I just discovered so it's too early to know if it's got staying power or not:
Salpica Garlic Chipotle Salsa

Curry powder is about as descriptive as flavorizer. If you narrow it down to, say, Garam Masala, you'll have done the equivalent of limiting your scope to black-haired speakers of hindi.

Maybe you meant plant-based seasonings? Plant-based seasonings are good, I agree.

I'll tell you one thing, a little butter can sure sell a lot of vegan cuisine.
