Homemade Marshmallows:

Postby universitylad » Sun Dec 09, 2007 9:47 pm

Now that Martha Stewart's Daytime Show is played in the Evenings on Fine Living Network, I've been able to tune in. She seems like a tool when live; I really enjoyed her pretaped segments in her pre-prison days.

On Friday, she had a guest making homemade fudge-covered marshmallows: they look YUMMY. Check out the video and recipe below:

I thought about this segment while eating a beet salad with savory marshmallows at Roots restaurant in Milwaukee last night: let's hear another YUM!

Do you mean real marsh mallow (Althaea officinalis) or the industrial product of cow hooves and albumen?

Hmmm. Sounds like the dehydrated counterpart to water. Just whose home is this made in?
