The Casbah is Open Again

Postby sitnspin » Mon Oct 15, 2007 10:03 am

After being closed most of the summer, it's open again under new ownership! I'm happy to report my experience was nearly identical to all the previous ones there. I wish them luck!

Good to know, thanks for posting. Casbah is one of my favorite restaurants in town. Have never had a bad experience (or meal) there.

I like the food there too, but the service is quite slow at times. Has that changed under the new ownership?

My question would be, do they still have the same head chef? The guy with the local cooking show?

My question would be do they still sell flaming Sambuca's?

No, it's not Sabi. It's a very good friend of his, hopefully it'll stay consistently good. Don't remember what he said his name was.
