Pork belly

Anyone know where it could be purchased in the Madison area? I can order from Niman Ranch but would prefer to buy locally. Thanks!

Give Willow Creek Farms (www.willowcreekpork.com) a shot. You can get it at the Willy St. Coop.

I got a few hunks of it from Fountain Prairie. Mmmm berkshire hogs.

A few grocery stores in town will occasionally carry it, too. Sentry Hilldale has had it in the past (and they almost always have side pork, which can make an accetable substitute in some recipes - I use it in rillettes all the time), as do the coops.
