I forget the name of it, but the coffee shop in Bailey's Harbor has really good cinnamon buns - but it seems you have to get there early or they sell out.

I second the recommendations of The Cookery and The Village Cafe.

I'm pretty sure it is, Henry.
But it may indeed only be open on weekends (for most of the winter, that is).

Carroll House is great for breakfast (between Fish Creek and Sister Bay). As previously mentioned, Trio in Egg Harbor is excellent.
