Has the Blue Chalk Club closed yet?

Has the Blue Chalk Club closed yet? I heard they were in a lot of trouble and were thinking of shutting their doors. I'm still mad at them for cancelling THE KISSERS.

The place is nice, but poorly run.

I'm not sure - I tried to call during their normal business hours, and when I navigated their automated options to speak to a person at the counter, no one picked up. If they did close up already, that was fast!

Their website is still running and lists upcoming events - for June and July.

based on what i've heard from friends who are in a pool league there, the place should have closed months ago.

Looks like time is running out.
