How many people help bake...

Postby Francis Di Domizio » Thu Jun 07, 2012 9:27 am

a loaf of cornbread?

Anyone else notice the posting style and language seems to change from thread to thread?

Mr. Di Domizio, two suggestions:
1. You are being somewhat paranoid about Cornbread.
2. I notice, in another thread, you mentioned your two year-old child. Think long and hard before posting on the internet information about your child. For one thing, the child cannot consent your action. And for another, years from now, the information could be searchable, affecting the outcome of his applications to jobs, schools, and his personal relationships. My advice: don't do it.

That was a really skeevy response, Meade.

Skeevy because I pointed out Di Domizio's skeeviness?

I'm fairly certain my son will be able to find a school and job despite me having outed him for throwing temper tantrums as a toddler, but thanks for your concern Meade. As far as other info out there, I probably should make sure less direct links to him are found by Googleing me. I did notice you've discerned that I'm a Mr. I don't recall that I've ever stated that here.

I generally avoid putting to much out there about my child, but the story seemed fitting for the subject.

I also noticed you just dismissed the idea of multiple users without giving any actual reason, then threw out a distraction to change the subject.

Skeevy because it bordered on threatening a child.

wack wack, if what I wrote is in any way a threat to Mr. D's child, please point it out in detail and I will edit. My intention was exactly the opposite of threatening anyone.

It wasn't a threat, he was just spreading mindless fear (again).

This could certainly be construed as a threat. No one has ever told me to "think long and hard" about something without a threatening subtext.

I accept that you didn't mean it to be threatening.

Francis: "Innocent, nonspecific comment about my child on the Internet!"

Meade: "It'd be a shame if something happened to that child."

Ducatista: "Skeevy comment, Meade."

Meade: "Ey, WHAAAAT."

Meade, you should think long and hard before you say anything else on this matter.

Do you ever do that?

Cornbread (or whatever it is) has definitely changed writing style more than once in the last couple weeks, including a distinct change since Tuesday. I don't know if admin deleted what he put up Tuesday night (I haven't searched) but it was far more over the top than usual.

Then the next day he/she/they sobered up and here we are getting postings written in complete sentences, using material other than Vicky McK trancripts and a shadow, just a trace, of linear thinking.

Do you suppose there is some web page where they collectivize all these accounts and exchange the passwords, a communally-owned pool of leftist discussion forum accounts with an auxiliary cut-and-paste resource wiki? What a concept.

Maybe it's an internet business startup concept just waiting to be liberated. It's yours right now under the GPL license.

Meade, you should think long and hard before you say anything else on this matter.

He should indeed. A word to the wise is sufficient.

Really, the title of this thread should be "How many people help half-bake..."
