Okay... I made some of these suggested changes. I also added some neighborhood boards in order to address the desire of some to get even more "hyper local" than we already are. We'll monitor those a little more closely than the rest of Forum.

I'm keeping the film festival board, mainly because Isthmus has been a proud sponsor of the fest since the very beginning and that area of Forum has always proven to be an invaluable tool for Meg and her staff of volunteers. In other words, it's a really easy service we can provide to the festival, one of the biggest, best and most important cultural events on the calendar.

Now seriously, can you tell me why the Top Ten Articles list is no longer visible in the Forum?

Joycie, you forgot the "Northside" board, not to mention the "Southside" board.

I didn't realize neighborhood determines race.

my one complaint would probably require more than a simple tweak, but i really hate how narrow the topic headings are - and the fact that they do not dynamically resize based on your browser window.

don't most people run more than 640x480 these days?

Otherwise put, "It's 50,000 toilets upstream from downtown."

It'd be nice to be able to embed video instead of just linking to it.
