Gila Monster / Deb & Lola's

Postby TAsunder » Tue Aug 21, 2007 4:00 pm

Now, can anybody get me a lead on the recipe for the house salad dressing from the old Deb and Lola's?

I assume Linda has checked with the former proprietors, who now run the dining room at 209 main in monticello, right??

That same article has a link to the recipe for Gila Monster's red cabbage slaw (awesome on fish tacos) and a link for Gila salsa verde.

Sweet.
I also talked Tom at Tequila Moster out of the salsa fresca recipe.
And yes, there is crack in it.
Although I rarely have 16 gallons of crushed tomatos in the cupboard.

Hm. Now I'm hankering for some Shrimp Diablo...
