20 years ago I'm sure there were plenty people saying about New Glarus: "They're a local brewery making some decent beer but in the meantime 10 cases of Budweiser and Miller have left the building." I don't get your animosity to local distilling. What could possibly be wrong with a guy saying he can make a better vodka locally and sell it cheaper?

Is it just me, or is it getting kinda creepy in here?

Yes. If I ever decide to try this vodka (unlikely, I'm more a brown liquor sort of guy), I'll be sure to make my purchase with cash. Would not want to leave a paper trail.

Is there any truth to the rumors that Rokker Vodka is filtered through all the unread copies of Maximum Ink?

I thought a good clear vodka is suppose to be flavorless.

I like amber and dark rums and aged tequilas myself. They have flavor.

Close. It's filtered through unsold panties from Rokker's (sorry I can't make the silly um-lat thingy) ill-fated lingerie business.

Someone searching city records for a "Dan Motor" is kind of awesome.

Um, okay rokker. You've met me. I'm sorry I won't accept your friend request facebook. (I can't believe I had to say that)

Yes I have a liquor license in Madison, Middleton, and Maple Bluff.

Some acquaintances of mine offered up a neutral site "taste off" at Cork n Bottle....but really at this point I'd rather not. I saw Rokker vodka at Alchemy last time I was there, I'll try it when I stop by next.

lol, obviously not Motor, come on!

the lingerie biz is and was successful!

Awesome, yes. But that post had shades of Blaska-esque desperation. Yes, creepy.

Rokker, is your vodka a different recipe from the stuff that Yahara Bay normally distills?

I detected notes of denim with a faint finish of leather.

I think the third distillation is done through a pair of sweatsocks worn through the Last Crack European tour, '89.
