As an antidote to the Ronald Reagan Centennial celebration, a rebroadcast of a conversation with William Kleinknecht, author of The Man Who Sold the World: Ronald Reagan and the Betrayal of Main Street America.
Author Richard Chamberlin will be discussing his memoir Hitchhiking From Viet Nam: Seeking the Ox on Feb. 15 at the Madison Senior Center. But we've got him first, live in studio.
America's most political sportswriter, Dave Zirin, is bringing his provocative new video Not Just A Game to the Barrymore Theater on Feb. 17 in a benefit for the Progressive Magazine and Rainbow Bookstore Cooperative. Here's an excerpt from a conversation about his most recent book, Bad Sports: How Owners Are Ruining the Games We Love.
