I paid $175 for Duran Duran in Camden last summer, so this seems like a relative bargain.

And Boston's zenith was 40 years ago dummy.

And? So? They're both absurdly far past their sell-by dates. It's 2017 now, gramps.

Sell by date? That's not how it works.

Nostalgia and lots of disposable income drive from guys like Ned drive tours like these.

It helps if all the guys in your band are still alive, but if not you can make do.

That being said, the current "Beach Boys" is all wrong.

Opening act SIMO will blow Boston off the stage. I'm going just for that.

Let me guess. You're in a "band".

Who do you have a bigger crush on? Simon LeBon? One of the Taylors?

They were my wife's favorite childhood band. So I took her as a Christmas present. I gotta say, it was an awesome show. Nile Rodgers fronting Chic opened the show and he was fantastic. I think he produced a Duran Duran album in the 80s and he and Simon Le Bon have a real affection for each other. And the venue on the Camden waterfront was surprisingly nice. Great night.
