$39 to $348 for some ear-splitting noise.

Coliseum at Alliant Energy Center, Madison, WI

"A fraction of Journey’s accomplishments: 80 million albums sold worldwide, 19 Top 40 singles, diamond album certification, 2017 Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame Inductees
How you know Journey is still huge: their 2011 tour ranked in the top 15 tours of that year
Further proof: more than 30 years after it was recorded, “Don’t Stop Believin’” became the biggest-selling song from the 20th century in iTunes history"

I saw Journey before they had a lead singer (other than Rolie), I saw them with Robert Fleischman singing lead, and I saw them with Steve Perry on lead vocals. A step downhill with each iteration.

I don't know that Perry was a step down as far as singing per se. It was the impact he had on songwriting and the band's direction that was the problem.
