I vote for Jeribelle's old band. I forget the name but they had some very memorable verbal fist fights here on the DP. Ah those were the days.

I'm also 100% behind a Hello Trauma(Jeribelle's old band) reunion.

Venison and Sailor Harlette sound like the two best ideas thus far. A band isn't officially broken up until at least half its members have gone on to new projects, so the Recruits don't qualify.

Christ - what're you pouring in your coffee?

Let's check your math:

James - The Runners Up
Shinky - Shazy Hade
Bart - Bort (did you hear the one about the 11th commandment?)

Unless you're proposing that Chips by himself was over 50% of the New Recruits, I'd say that by your own formula they qualify as reunion-worthy.

Heck, using that formula, they were reunion worthy before they broke up!
(Oh, and let's not forget original Recruit Alpy, who long ago moved on to other projects, not to mention sometimes Aunt Goodness ...)

You forget that Chips was Slash in Mr.Brownstone.

I think we may have found the hitch in the equation.

Heh.

Everyone knows that coverbands don't count, the emotional investment doesn't equate. They can be done for fun, but aren't your next "project" more like your "girlfriend on the side." If Bart's comedy act is as good as I hear, then I guess this would count too. Either way, I stand behind my original statement.

Well, I don't know that, but it's irrelevant.

Neither The Runners-Up nor Shazy Hade are cover bands.
So ... at least 3/4 of NR are now in other projects (and even if you don't count the comedy, Bart's still in Digibot. And Alpy's in two bands. And sometimes Aunt Goodness.)

You lose.

Good times. Good times indeed.

So are the people from Sailor Harlette involved in other projects?
