Are you a drunk trying to start a pub fight? There is so much wrong with your post I'm not sure where to begin. My post count is 2,235 and you cite just three posts of mine to conclude I have a "wide vein of xenophobia that runs through so many of your posts". 3 out of 2,235 is only .1% which is not a wide vein of phobia or anything. Also, xenophobia is a fear of foreigners or strangers which none of my posts are examples of.
I said I avoid Park St because of the high crime rate for one reason, and then it was pointed out that it no longer has a high crime rate. I admitted I was wrong about the crime rate but as I said I would still rather avoid Park St for other reasons. It seems like a poor, run down part of town with not much to offer. I think the crime rate went down simply because most people started to avoid it because it was so bad years ago and got such a bad reputation. It may be safer now but I don't see much of a renaissance going on.
I didn't say microwaves kill you and my proof is this amateur blog. I asked if people thought the blog was correct about the dangers of microwaves, and as I said, I've read the same warnings from other sources. People cited articles that countered the blog and gave reasons that microwaves are safe and I said I agreed with them and thanked them for the clarification.
I didn't say the pub sounds awful and I bet the homeless love it. I said I usually don't like pubs and was disappointed this menu offered the usual pub fare. My comment about the homeless eating there was just a joke about the Free House name.

Again, you exaggerate and make it sound like I'm a paranoid shut in. I go to Park St several times a year, I use my microwave almost daily, I've been to pubs like Craft and will try Free House when I get to it but am in no hurry. I do give Free House credit for using local food like Knoche's.
Do you own a pub on Park St? You sound so defensive. Reminds me of a cranky Henry Vilas.
