Jordandal Cookhouse review

Postby Athena » Tue Jan 22, 2013 9:04 pm

I've been to the Jordandal Cookhouse about every two weeks since it opened. The food is excellent, pretty much the best takeout you can get. My favorite is their Friday ribs special. The ribs are so tender with a good sauce that doesn't overwhelm the flavor. The mac and cheese with fried ring bologna is very good with a tangy cheese sauce. I have no idea how authentic their Banh Mi is but it's good and very spicy. They've got different specials every day and their facebook page will announce it. I highly recommend going there if you're near Verona. Just stay away from the Banh Mi if you can't handle spicy ;)

(I thought this page could use a nice positive review since so many places have been closing lately. I really don't want to lose this place.)

What's the nearest rail station? I'd love to check this out some weekend.
