If you're an espresso drinker, and you enjoy sugar in your espresso, be sure to ask for the rock sugar rather than packet sugar.
They were serving the espresso with two compressed little pebbles of sugar, and I loved it. My friends loved it. Apparently everyone else hated it.
When you put it into the espresso, you stir it around a little, it dissolves a bit, then you take it out. It's absorbed a good bit of espresso, and it's like a little sugary espresso pill you can eat whole. Awesome.
I asked Dain about it tonight, and he says he's got boxes in the back, and isn't using them because of the negative feedback. I think people are dumb, and if you haven't tried it yet, at least ask for one to try. They're the best.
