As the Queen of the gay liberals in the police department, I categorically deny this! But we are a town of freaks runned by freaks, thank God. Sorry, instead ...

Re: Is this [strike]alleged[/strike] attack a hate crime?

Seems like it would be. And making false reports to the police would be a pretty serious crime, wouldn't it? No, people do it all the time. It's a Class A misdemeanor called Obstructing A Peace Officer, SS 946.41(1), punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000 or imprisonment not to exceed 9 months,...

The Sons of Atom did a fantastic job and the God Damns utterly destroyed as the Stooges.

I've been assigned to review a new book about the Smiths and I don't much care for their stuff. Can I use that line if I cite you (so to speak)?

Go for it with my compliments!

Re: Best engineered analog album?

I'd like to hear what KISS would have sounded like with some AC/DC production. I love those KISS songs but they sound more wimpy than Morrisey at a petting zoo. I like the polished sound of "Back in Black." It's devilish fun to imagine what certain other iconic rock albums would sound like...

Re: Musicians who flummox

I remember that GTR record when it came out. From the Wiki, for the non-nerds out there: J.D. Considine's infamous review of the album (in Musician magazine[4]) read simply, "SHT".[5] (Considine later said it was the most famous thing he'd ever written in his three decades as a critic, whi...
