Maybe they were collecting it so they could sell it people trying to pass piss tests. Did you read the article? Apparently, he's done this before! There's a huge picture of him and they printed his home address and his previous crimes. Yuck. I wonder why some people are such weirdos. I mean, freaks...

Man collecting children's pee in restrooms?

Two people out here in California have told me a story that they read in the news or saw on Telemundo that a man in Madison was asking little boys in a public restroom for their pee so he could drink it. I was skeptical. (And a little defensive, because it's Madison.) So I googled all sorts of thing...

Interesting. That was right around the same time that the recording of Duane Chapman saying the 'n word' during a private phone conversation was released to the National Enquirer. It destroyed his career.

My first thought was that we need better sex-ed classes in our schools...but having read this, how awful.

It's bad enough that he certainly won himself a Darwin Award, but then to have his name published in the paper this way so that his parents can't even lie about it...that really sucks.

OK, I'm busted -- turns out the longest tenure we can document so far (for non-elderly) is 17 years. So, Vicky, do you think that's ok -- for non-elderly, non-handicapped household to retain voucher for 17 years? If so, why is that inherently more progressive than serving two families for seven and...
